I brought my child in to be seen by Dr. Isharani. Wow!!! She was very thorough and detailed in the dental examination and during the procedure that my child had to have done. Her aftercare education was superb! My child felt at ease with her as she took the time to tell him everything that was going to happen before it happened and was very compassionate and gentle in her approach. The office staff rocked too! This was an awesome dental experience for my child and myself!

We selected this practice based on a wonderful presentation given by Dr Sona at a moms’ group I’m a member of. She left such an impression that my husband agreed we’d give her a shot.
The staff was extremely kind and professional! With our daughters being only 12 months old, I was thoroughly impressed with her patience and loved the fact that the exam was conducted while they were in my lap as I sat knee to knee with Dr Sona as opposed to attempting to keep someone so little still in a standard examination chair.
We look forward to our next visit and with time, we know the girls will also!

My 5 year old had about 12 cavities and needed a ton of work, but since she was so anxious and apprehensive we had to put her under anesthesia to do all of the work. Dr Sona and her staff made the process so easy. My daughter went to sleep after blowing up a balloon and never knew about the IV or tubes associated with the anesthesia. I would recommend her for children who are apprehensive about the dentist.

Our son, Brooks, has Down Syndrome and has never been able to sit through a dentist appt. He’s 13 years old and had his teeth cleaned throughly for the first time a year ago when he started seeing Dr Sona. Other dentists had tried sedation and putting him in body wraps and nothing had calmed him down until we started seeing Dr Sona. Her staff is calm and friendly and makes everyone feel at ease. Brooks had his 6 month checkup Thursday and was excited to go see Dr Sona. He now lays patiently and let’s them work on his teeth. It’s like a miracle compared to his past dentist experiences.
I highly recommend her practice to anyone with kids, and kids with sensory issues or disabilities. Dr. Sona and her team are amazing!

This place is great and would recommend to anyone. My son was terrifed of the dentist and he was reffered by his dentist for some work to be done to Dr. Sona. The experiance from making the appointment and when we got there to the procedure was amazing. They talked with him let him pick his favorite show to watch etc. We will be making her his primary dentist. After he left he said Mommy can we please come back here and I was yes we can. Very one on one and thats what I love. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DR. SONA!

We were referred to Dr. Sona after a dental injury that my four year old sustained. Dr. Sona and her staff were so helpful, and did everything in their power to make my little one feel comfortable. Brittiny was very invested and interested in my little sweetie and helped to make her feel at home. Dr. Sona spent a lot of time evaluating the options we had for surgery, and helped me greatly in understanding the implications! She was fabulous with my daughter and worked through her fears with her. I’m so thankful for our experience at the procedure this morning as well. Bethany had been so very genuine and kind through the whole process and gently brought Faye back, and her promise of it only being a few minutes was true!! They mitigated the pain and were so gentle. All the post op procedures were clear and they were a bright spot in what could have been a really tough day. So glad that we chose to come to this practice! This helped me while I talked with Dr. Isharani and her assistant. They pulled up his favorite TV show on YouTube while they explained his dental care needs at this age. Also had little car toys and rattles. This is a super warm and professional practice. I would definitely recommend it. I came out learning how to better assist my kid’s oral hygiene. And my kid was able to enjoy himself!

My daughter had her first ever dentist visit today and though it took her a while to get warmed up in the office, on the way home she was very happy and even excited to go back and try and sit in the chair for her next visit.
As a new mom of two with social anxiety our experience was very calming (even with both kids crying at one point), everyone was very attentive to the situation and helped my daughter feel comfortable and get through the exam with minimal tears.

Three years ago my husband and I had our first son. When we were looking for a pediatric dentist we wanted it to be kid friendly from the moment we walked through the door and we wanted to see that the staff was patient and understanding with kids. At Dr. Sona office we found just that. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They educate you on what is going on with your child’s teeth development. The atmosphere is kid friendly and my son loves going there.

We always have great visits. The kids like to get there early to play in the waiting room, and today they especially enjoyed the giant plush toothbrush! It’s fast, friendly, and welcoming every time.
